Mining Museum

The museum deals with the history of mining activities, the main economic resource of the Champdepraz area between 1700 and 1800. The museum itinerary is developed on individual in-depth topics told through large panels with graphics with a strong visual impact, while some scenic reconstructions, including the reproduction of a section of a coal cellar of the type once used in Champdepraz, add to the suggestion of the layout.
Along one of the museum's rooms, whose layout ideally refers to a mining gallery, a series of niches with mineral samples are recessed. Near the museum and the town hall are a number of wooden sculptures.
